Shortly after I decided against having an abortion my boyfriend left me. He said that he still loved me but didn't want to be a father. A few months later we started seeing each other again and things seemed to be getting better. He said that he still had feelings for me but that he didnt love me anymore, which is hard to believe judging by the way he is around me. He even told a friend of ours that he still loved me and then when i asked him he denied it. I can't help but wonder if he's trying to fool himself, if he maybe thinks that making me believe he doesnt love me will make it easier for him to leave. Despite the fact he said he didn't love me anymore he always seemed to want to be close to me and missed me while i was on holiday. He even kept a conversation going about baby names, but then he left again. Saying he didnt want me or the baby. He's leaving to join the marines in January will the tie away make him realise what he's going to lose?

It sounds like he's not yet mature enough to decide that he wants to be a father to your baby and a husband to you. The time away may make him change his mind, but I wouldn't hold my breath. If I were in your shoes, I would focus on taking care of myself and my baby (congradulations, by the way!) and securing a future for us. I would spend some time focused on school and work, and only date casually.

Once he comes back, if he wants to hang around, he needs to assume responsibility for the child and make a little commitment to you, or he needs to find someone else to hang around. Be strong and things will work out for you.

Possibly but only time will tell. Sounds like he is too young to settle down. However if he is old enough to make you pregnant he is old enough to support you and his baby

Ditch him for good..
He'll call you million times. Never ever return the calls.
Ever!
