Jesus is not God. Check out this Scripture...
Revelation 1:1: "A revelation by Jesus Christ, which God gave him, to show his slaves the things that must shortly take place. And he sent forth his angel and presented [it] in signs through him to his slave John,"
A revelation by Jesus Christ, which God gave him...Obviously before God gave it to Jesus Christ he did not have it. If Jesus were God, he would have already had it.9 Why people keep trying to make this complicated is beyond me!)This took place about 60 years after the earthly death of Jesus and after he had been resurrected to heaven to sit at the right hand of God. Even then he did not have God's knowledge until after God gave it to him...they simply are two separate individuals.
Matthew 3: 16 & 17: "A revelation by Jesus Christ, which God gave him, to show his slaves the things that must shortly take place. And he sent forth his angel and presented [it] in signs through him to his slave John,"
John 14:28: "YOU heard that I said to YOU, I am going away and I am coming [back] to YOU. If YOU loved me, YOU would rejoice that I am going my way to the Father, because the Father is greater than I am."
Jesus prayed to his Father in heaven...would this be necessary if they were the same individual, and had the same mind and power. It would not even had been necessary to put this in the Bible if that were the case.
John 17: 1: "Jesus spoke these things, and, raising his eyes to heaven, he said: “Father, the hour has come; glorify your son, that your son may glorify you"
John 17: 20-21: "“I make request, not concerning these only, but also concerning those putting faith in me through their word; 21 in order that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in union with me and I am in union with you, that they also may be in union with us, in order that the world may believe that you sent me forth. 22 Also, I have given them the glory that you have given me, in order that they may be one just as we are one"
So from the above verses, are we to believe then that not only are Jesus and God one, but also all of the believers then must be one, because that is what it says...that they may be one just as we are one...or rather does this really mean of one accord, one thought in union with the other...on the same page!
I am sorry that I answered this question in reverse rather than directly. I am a Christian, but I do not believe the false teaching of the trinity, or that God and Jesus are the same. The Bible clearly teaches that they are not the same, that Jesus is the Son of God.

Do you notice that all the examples are simple actions, following the law. You see, Christians follow the bible where it says we are no longer to live under the law, we are to live by faith. Romans 4:15-16 John 16, that the comforter will live inside believers. Only a Spirit can live inside a person. Also yes the Spirit was already there, but it was not living inside of the believers yet. So, yes the comforter is the Holy Spirit. Most importantly, Muslims don't believe who Jesus really is. Jesus is God the Son. John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Right here it says that the Word was God. The Word we know is Jesus. How can you follow someone you don't believe? Matthew 20:18-19 Jesus said.. they will condemn Him to death. And will hand him over to the Gentiles to be mocked and flogged and crucified. On the third day He will be raised to life! The Quran denies the very words of Jesus!

You should read the bible from Genesis to Revelation, then you would understand the the hand of Jesus has been there throughout the entire span. You want a short sentence where it takes the whole bible to speak of Jesus. Here, is one to chew on. John.5:21." For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son gives life to whom He is pleased to give it. Moreover, the Father judges no one, but has entrusted all judgement to the Son, that all may honour the Son just as they Honor the Father. He who does not Honor the Son does not Honor the Father, who sent Him." You need to read the whole book. Go to www.ttb.org for wonderful biblical instruction. There is daily radio program that takes you through the whole bible.

Why make a demand for something if you think we can't find it? Do you take pleasure in aggravating and insulting Christians? If so, you're in far greater need of salvation than others.
Jesus did confirm what Peter said in Matthew 16:16. Peter said that Jesus was the Christ, and Jesus confirmed it, saying "Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by man, but by my Father in heaven."

When the Word of God spoke to Moses in Ex 3:14 I AM that I AM. I AM the LORD thy God.
When the Word of God spoke to the self righteous religious in John 8:58 Jesus said, "Before Abraham was, I AM.". And they picked up stones to stone Him (for calling Himself God). John 10:30 Jesus said, "I and my Father are one.", the the Jews took up stones again to stone him. Jesus answered them, "Many good works have I shewed you from my Father, for which of those works do ye stone me?". They answered that not for good works but for blasphemy because you being a man makes yourself God!
Also there is all the other I AMs in John like, "I AM the bread that came down from heaven. I AM from above...

When Jesus was baptized in the Jordan River, God spoke from the Heavens saying "this is My beloved Son, in Whom I am well pleased". In the very last verse of Revelation, Jesus says "I am the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End, no one can go through the Father but by Me".

If I show you in the true word of god you will simply deny the true word of God and say it is corrupt. If you do not believe in the Word of God why would you ask for truth from it? You are a hypocrite if you say the word is a lie and then ask for truth from it. If you believe in the Gospel of Jesus Christ read it and see where it says he is God and he died on the cross to atone for your sin.

In the English translation, no, His words do not explicity say "I am God." But if you know Hebrew or Greek, and if you read those translations for meaning, then you'll find that the specific words that He used did mean "I am God."
And if His words didn't mean that, then why did the Pharisees get all worked up about it? Think about that.
And if you need those specific words to believe, then your faith is not real anyways.
