If it's already dried and is a scab, toothpaste will dry it even more, this is true. Once I have a dried pimple, though, I usually put some sort of antibiotic ointment (like Neosporin), on it. If it is for overnight, I put it on with a small bandaid over it to keep it from rubbing off on the pillow. It has to be the ointment and not the cream. Not only does this prevent any possible infection, but it tends to soften up the scab so that it almost peels off within a day or so.

ry toothpaste over night. That might work for you, but it isn't for everyone. You can also try to put rubbing alcohol on it and as some one mentioned above, I think, try puttin' hydrogen peroxide on it. If your goin' to do the last 2 remedies, as much as they say don't touch them or bust 'em, I would break them open, squeeze them, and then dab it on. That way, the alcohol or peroxide (which ever you prefer) will be working on the inside to get rid of the infection and drying it up. The alcohol remedy might sting for a minute, but hey! Who said beauty wasn't painful?

Just dab a Q-tip sized drop of plain ol' white minty toothpaste on it. It acts to disinfect it and will also dry it up without drying out the rest of the skin around it.

Well try using Differin. It works for me.Just the night before you go to school go ahead and put it only on your zit.Don't put it all over your face because it will dry it out when you put it on your acne it dries it out completely and it disappears. You can get Differin at http://www.differin.com/if that is out of your reach, then try Proactiv the website is posted below.Hope i Helped and Good Luck!
