Asking someone to go out is not a prelude to sex or a relationship. Sometimes they just like your company.
I'd ask her out if I thought she was cool and I enjoyed her company. If I wanted to have the romance factor, I'd have to say no, I wouldn't ask her.
But again, maybe you are both friends. Just tell said guy that if you do go out it's because he knows there is nothing romantic about it. If he agrees, then go. Why not? Have a good time.

at first: you have had 3 girlfriends and could't tell if a woman likes you? actual, purely choose for it and spot if she enjoyed which you kissed her. that's all you surely could do. If she does not such as you, pass on and use her as a wing woman. often times there is not something greater helpful than a woman who's your chum that could set you up together with her acquaintances. It makes the relationship technique 20x easier. good success!

well if she did say that, I would still show interest in her and show her that I think she's a special girl and what not. Not try too hard or try to change her mind, but hopefully she'd realize what a great guy I am and come to a new conclusion on her own. But at the same time I wouldn't stop trying to meet other girls.

Now why would you go and ruin such a good friendship just now?? Its real obvious she thinks of you as a Best Friend category --what you need to do is go to dinner , the movies, shopping, whatever you two like to do AS friends --and you know what?? Chances are she will wake up and smell the coffee --and realize she has had Mr. Wonderful right under her nose--

If she knows she doesn't want a relationship, she would probably say no to anything other than a casual friendship date. I don't recommend a guy ask her unless he is ready to accept that.
Best Wishes,
Sue

Of course! ! I take it you are referring to the sexual part of a relationship. God ordained this part of life for AFTER marriage so if the young lady wants to wait she should be encouraged to do so without paying for her opinion with loneliness.

nope, that's when i say PEACE. because i don't want to bug the girl about it. i would just go on w/ life as being her friend and then maybe something will happen later.

They ask her because they think they can change her mind. Or that its that time in her life now.

sometimes, girls mean "yes" even if they say "no", and vice versa. the wise guy is the one who knows how to figure it out.
