Each agency has different policies on vehicle releases. Contact the law enforcement agency which impounded your vehicle. You may be eligible to request an early vehicle release hearing.

I am curious to see why your license was suspended in the first place. Was it for: 1) A DUI violation?; 2) Outstanding/Unpaid moving violations?; 3) Negligent Operator?; 4) Failure to Pay Child Support?; 5) Failing to Report A Collision? Each of these factors will affect your ability to get your license reinstated before the 30-days. If I were in your shoes, I would wake up early on Monday morning and stand in line at the DMV when it opens.

The mandatory was you punishment for breaking the law by driving on a suspended. 30 days in impound is going to be a pretty hefty charge. Drag.

You probably got charged driving while under suspension, which normally leads to a longer suspension and more fines. 30 days is 30 days.

And it is possible if this was another driving on suspended, your DL will be suspended again for for longer.
