I'm a 16 year old girl and I have a crush on a 14 year old guy. I don't know him real well, but he used to say hi to me and stuff before he found out my age. Now, he basically ignores me. Is he intimidated by my age? I've caught him looking at me a couple of times recently, and once when we were smiling, we made eye contact. I'm very shy, so I'm too afraid to ask him, but do you think he's got a crush on me?

well my bf is 16 and im 14! and sometimes i feel a little strange about our ages and stuff! but then i get over it! cuz if you like him and i think that he likes you...so just go for it! no worries! just go up to him every now and then and talk to him, and maybe even give him a call a couple times a week, just to see hows hes doing ya know! it is your age, does he hang out with other people your age? maybe he likes you and he thought that you were his age, and now he knows that you are 16, he probably thinks that older people are trouble, my bf is 2 years older than me, and we started dating in high school when I was 14. So try to confront him and ask him why is he ingoreing you, try not to ingore him back,

in reality this is innocence...in the real world however people are going to trip coz yer under 18 and everybody is so freakin politically correct theyre gonna bust a nut if they hear about it...keep it on the down low...

i think you're too old. even just maturity wise, what would you want with a 14 year old boy, unless you yourself are 12-14. even if he seems older his sudden disinterest in you may mean he is not interested in someone your age. it would be embarassing to make a pass at him and he turn you down. try to befriend him slowly, with no expectations, and see where it leads.

theres a big diffrence beetween both ages like experiance and lack of common sence im 14 myself and i dont want a 16 year old girl because i know she whould be better than me and more expieriance it whould be odd

um...I'd stay away from that. I have a female friend in your situattion and they took things a lil far- nothing serious, making out etc...and like she got in BIG trouble with the law. Now that your sixteen, its only OLDEr guys, and once your Eighteen, the youngets you can go is like sixteen/seventeen. YOUR BEST BET: stay away from younger guys.
