I found a 45" screen LCD TV in a magazine that looks really nice and at a great price. It's by SHARP. Do the picutres look good on this big of a tv or do they look stretched out and blurry? I don't wanna spend the money and then not have a good picture quality. Anyone know if they are good pictures or should I take it down a few inches? Thanks!

I own a Samsung 46" LCD TV and the quality of the picture is great on my HD channels, not so great on the Standard channels. I would suggest getting an HDMI cable for the clearest HD picture available.

The larger the screen the longer the distance you need to sit back from it. and if you are siting from the proper distance no it not blurry or stretched so only buy the TV which you have room for for example my living room TV is a 42 inch wide screen as I only had 6 feet to view it in however my back house a 60 inch TV as that room is 16 x 20 foot so platy of viewing room in fact I could of gone to 100 inch screen in that room

My father has a 45" HDTV and it looks great. The only problem might be the viewing angle from the sides.

IMPORTANT the tv doesn't give out clear pictures instead your digital box does, and you have to get a new box with your cable/satellite provider
