I don't know much about party games. I would think that one where everybody who wanted to participate could would be good.
Some of the old standbys, guessing games, charades, 20 questions, etc. would be good. You could get a couple of dreidels and some gelt.
Maybe your grandma knows of a game that she could teach everybody else, that would be fun.
You could have a variety of games too.
There is one being sold as "close the box" that is simple but not easy. Comes from fishermen along the coast of France about two hundred years ago, and is recently a British pub game.

How about getting all of the children that will be there to get together and put on a Chanukka Schpeil? Like Purim, but acting out the story of the miracle of the oil? There are several web sites that would have a kiddie version of the story. As host, you can assign the parts and give each of the kids their lines. The grandparents especially enjoy this type of thing. yahooligans.com has some cute stuff.
or, we used to teach 4th grade sunday school at our temple, and we did an activity that got parents and kids involved in story telling. We called it "Let's go Live!" - basically, split up the party into groups of 4 or 6 people each, and each group will become a News Program, with Two Anchor Persons, Two Field Reporters, some Bystanders (witnesses to be interviewed by the Field Reporters) and some Re-enactors (people to act out the "scene" being described by the Bystanders). Assign each group a portion of the Channuka story, and have each group pick their players and create their own news show on their portion. For example - Anchor 1: this is Parsha 5 News, I'm Yad Vashemi, and this is Morgan David, your anchors. Today's breaking story, Sacred Oil Shortage - What will light the way? Anchor 2: For more on this urgent situation, we go to Aaron Moses in the field - Aaron, can you hear us? Field Reporter: Yes, thank you Morgan. I am live at the Temple with _____... etc.. etc.. Everyone can relate to the news, young and old, and the made up names and silly re-enactments are fun for everyone to watch.
Have a fun Chanukka!

have a gift exchange game. everyone brings one none specific gender and age neautral gift that is WRAPPED, like movie tickets or a gift certificate or candy.
then write done numbers 1 thorugh however many people are there on a paper. everyone picks one number out of a hat or something, and that's the order people choose gifts in.
u can choose a wrapped gift or a gift that someone has already opened. u can only do this gift "stealing" to a gift 3 times before it's off limits. if your gift is stolen it's immediatly your turn again before the next person goes.
it's a fun way to give gifts and have a good time

Dreidl. It's not a particularly fun game, but kids get into it and it's appropriate. Definitely have people bet which candle will go out first. I suppose that's not all that much fun either, but it can be interesting. Other than that, have latkes. People will keep themselves entertained eating.
Here are some more games and activities for kids:

You could create your own Chanukah-themed version of Pictionary or Password. Depending on everyone's ages, you could also do winter-themed charades or "fictionary" -- where you look up a word in the dictionary and everyone has to make up definitions for it, then guess from among the submissions and the real definition. You get points for guessing the real definition, and a point every time someone guesses yours.
Happy Hanukkah!!

I host Chanukah parties almost every year and we play Taboo and Scategory...it's a hit every year!
And we also play this so called game where you wrap a little gift in a few different layers of newspaper (not attached) and tape it closed. Then we have everyone sit in a circle and we play music and we pass it around. Then we stop the music and the person who has the gift wrapped in the newspaper as the music is stopped unwraps one layer, and then again and again and again and again until someone gets to unwrap it totally, and they get to keep it! (Sorry, it's pretty hard to explain- and by the way, don't tell them what the gift is..let them wait and see!)
Happy Chanukah!

Apple2Apples. I play it at all of our Jewish gatherings. I find it hysterical and people love it. Not Hanukkah related though, but I promise a great time!
