Not much more than it was 40 years ago unless there is some sort of mistake on the label or something different about the bottle. They haven't changed the way they make it so it should taste the same as it did when they bottled it. Liquor does not get better or More flavorful with age once is is bottled because air can not reach it. if it stayed in a barrel for 40 years it would. maybe you can find someone who just likes Dewar's white label and convince them it is better than what they have now. or find some historical liquor collector. then it is worth as much as you can get for it.

Whatever value you would assign to having three or four friends over to help drink it.
Only vintage wines increase in value with age. Distilled spirits don't change once they are bottled, they don't get smoother or anything.
