No sorry...I think that's quite slobbish and wouldn't dream of wearing my slippers outside my house..

actually, i think its a bit tacky to wear slippers out in public, driving somewhere is different but to actually go out shopping or especially at work?... yeah thats tacky for sure!

Well, my husband does this, but he's elderly and disabled.
However, I think wearing house slippers is only eccentric, not criminal. Wear them if you like them.
