Two eyes are for depth perception. That means with just one eye you will not able to tell how far an object is.

Nose is used for smelling and breathing. A second one will not have an added advantage.

You also have two ears. Two ears will help you figure out where the sound is coming from. With just one ear, you can not do that.

Dont ask us, we dont know. Ask God or Nature. But my guess is if we had one eye, we wouldnt be able to see as well as with two eyes. We dont need two noses if you think about it. Smelling isnt very important like vision is.

Well you do have two nostrils. Not one nostril. My nose smells plenty good the way is is.i don't need one in the back of my head.
