I think you will be able to sing again. Just not hit the higher end notes like you wish. I think this is because as you go through puberty, your vocal chords develop also and making your voice deeper. Which in turn will stretch the vocal chords and you will just have a deeper voice. But some people are able to hit higher end notes, they say that guys have larger voice boxes and this means they can go deeper or higher.

Because you are going through puberty, your voice is getting deeper. But you can still take vocal lessons. It's a lot better to now that you've reached puberty, because now vocal coaches can help you determind your real vocal pitches! Don't worry, if you can sing, it sticks with you!

while a guy's voice is going by using puberty it "cracks" because of the fact your voice tubes (forgot what they are called haha) is getting longer. No this could not be like this continuously and could end. whether that is going to likely be greater durable to sing the better notes.

You will probably have a different vocal range, but I can't think of any reason why you won't be able to sing again.
I'll be listenning for you on the radio!

If you're a guy, no, you won't be able to reach those notes anymore. If you're a girl, maybe ... but you might just want to stick with alto, choirs always need strong altos.

depends on your definition of "...sing again...". the older and taller you become with age the longer your "vocal cords" have to sretch and that often deepens the sounds you make.
best advice; find a vocal teacher for a better assessment of your condition. physicians aren't the best people to go to for this kind of condition.
