what does the phrase " drop a dime" mean and what is a bar like 300 bars and running etc what is a bar??

Drop a dime comes from the good old days when a pay telephone took 10 cents to make a call. It means you called the cops (or someone else) and told them about someone breaking the law.

they are just stuff u kinda figure out from the context around it. there is no certain definition for them. just kinda figure it out but a bar is a place to go and get stuff to drink and to hang out w/ friends
