My boyfriend is 18 yrs. old and he still has fights with his 17 yr old brother. He is very responsible and other than that he has never been so childish, but when is he to old to be acting out in these various ways? Sometimes there parents have to break up the fights... is this normal for a guy?

There is no age. Brother if given the chance will alway beat on each other. It good way to vent and have fun at the same time. Long as the other sibling is having fun it fine.

It's not normal for just guys its normal for most siblings. My dad still fights with his sisters and my mom still fights with her sisters. I'm 15 and my brother is 17 and we still fight. Hitting eachother and stuff. I think it's normal for siblings to fight like that. I wouldn't worry too much.

Ideally, they should never fight. However, in some families it is a
way of life.

As to when it should stop, when they grow up. Which in some
cases is never.

Thank you very much, while you're up!
