Well i've liked this certain girl since i've meant her but i've always kind of played it cool. We work at the same place and so a lot of people I work with directly have known that I like her. We where pretty good friends until she got moved to where I work so we where working together all the time, well I guess she got the idea from others that I was saying that we where boyfriend/girlfriend and so she got mad at me and started to ignore me. Well I told her that I never told anyone that but I don't think she believed me. So we haven't really talked in a couple of months, we've worked together and that's it, but I think now she's starting to realize that maybe I was telling the truth because she's starting to speak with more people there now and most of the people there have a lot of respect for me. So my question is, now that she is starting to come around to speaking with me and being more open to me, should I ask her out again or just hang tight and see what happens?

Be patient.. on the path she'll come closer to you ( dont know how long, but she'll find the good things about you) so right now, you can do "nothing" and be normal.

Even though the misunderstanding is not your fault, trust has to be re-established between the two of you. That being said, give her some time to get to know you again. I might tell her that although I do like her that much, I'd never disrespect her that way. Then I would leave it at that and go on with work and the status quo. You will have given her something to think about and the next move will be hers. That's how you can find out if you can be more than friends without really putting your heart or the friendship on the line.

The good thing here is that she's now talking to you again. Now is your chance to ask her out and treat her well. If you really like her and want something more than just co-workers and/or friends, then I think it's good for you two to start seeing each other again. Good luck.

well since she was nagry about what she thought u said the first time...my impression is either that she liked u and she was embarrased, or she genuinely has no interest in you...so what you should do is just take some time to explain exactly what happenes, and then ask her if she would let you make it up to her by taking her out for dinner or something...i hope that it works...worked for a friend...

Go ahead and ask her out. I think its time for a nice romantic date. While you are out on this date, take the time and talk to her about the future, between the two of you. She sounds like she's a nice girl........I wish you good luck.

Sure you should, cannot hurt anything. If she says yes, great. If she says no, wait around, hang tight and she will probably ask you out.

if i was ya i would start hanging out with her lot and flirt with her and see how it goes and if she is always talking to you and it seems like the right time then yea ask her out you never know what can happen .take a risk if you like her that much it would be worth the risk..
