Rice, veggies, and (if you want) meat or fish) are easy to combine on the spot and flavor as desired.
Cook up a bunch of rice.
Sautee or steam veggies of choice (peppers, onions, squash, beans, whatever)
Cube and fry/bake some beef, pork, chicken.
All of the above, especially if kept separate until the day of eating, will keep for several days in the fridge or longer if frozen. The veggies don't do quite so well frozen though, they get mushy more than the rice or meat.
If you don't want meat but like tuna, those foil packs of tuna (either flavored or plain) are pretty good. Tofu is fine too.
The evening before, or in the morning, put some rice in a serving-sized storage container. Throw some meat on top. Throw some veggies on top. Season, if desired with anything you like, a teaspoon of paste bouillon, some hot sauce, teryaki, soy sauce...whatever.
You can add some fresh sprouts to that, or depending on your flavor prefs, a bit of fruit, like pineapple, orange, apple...maybe save it for a special day.
Bring along something crunchy or contrasting to the dish you've whipped up - get a different taste/texture.
When you're ready to eat, microwave it. You can stir it all together or try and keep the ingredients apart to savor the different flavors.
PS - learn how to make fried rice. It's pretty easy and if you put lots of stuff in, pretty well balanced. It'll keep well, is easy to re-heat, easy to eat.
Have fun.

I pretty much just take whatever leftovers I have. If you make something for dinner, just stick it in a tupperware container and bring it to school to microwave.
A lot of times, I'd also take salads. I just get bagged salad, put some in a container and I get these frozen precooked grilled chicken strips and I put those on top. I make it the night before so the chicken thaws in the refrigerator overnight and it's great to eat the next day. I just put some dressing in a tiny container or buy some individual-sized ones.

I am a personal chef. I prepare a variety of foods fo my customers and sometimes put them in a microwavable conatiner. Prepare your favorite meals for a few days and pack them to reheat. They can even be frozen for the rest of the week.

I make my lunches on Sunday and do things like chicken breast and rice. Sandwiches I just make the night before, and put in a glad lock bag.
I also like to mix it up with Uncle Ben's rice and choose differant flavors (but I only use half the seasoning to limit the sodium).

How about a sandwich? You could just leave it in the fridge. My favorite sandwich is a peanut buter, banana, and marshmallow fluff. You just slap on some PB, slice some bananas and spread marshmallow fluff on it!! Yum!
