It's not paranoia if the people you meet really are narcs, and if they really are making fun of you.
But that's extremely unlikely, so yeah... I'd have to say that you're paranoid. And perhaps the fact that you're worried about narcs is a clue to why that is. You wouldn't be afraid of narcs unless there was reason to be.
So...lessee...what could artificially create paranoia?

sounds like you've had a bad experience with drugs in your past, or with someone who was involved with drugs or alcohol(maybe an ex bf?) And back of your head, it annoys you the fact that you're still not over it, so you assume people make fun of you when actually you're the one finding yourself silly and laughing at yourself deep inside. The proof for you is that if you REALLY thought people were laughing at you because you're stupid, you wouldn't put that question up on here for everyone to read.

The term "narcs" implies that you think they are police. Why would you worry if they're police?
The term "narc" is used by drug uses, and virtually nowhere else. If you're using illegal drugs, paranoia is a very common side-effect, and is your message from God that you need to quit doing that stuff.

You might just be a little skeptic. Were you teased when younger? If you were, this could be the reason you may be acting like this. But if you are like this around people you've known for a long time ( like your parents or siblings) then it could be a symptom of paranoia.

Are you taking any kind of drug? Simply worring if people are making fun of you or what they think of you doesn't seem excessively paranoid, but if you are convincing yourself that people are "narcs" you may have a problem.

Men drink always and almost always there are a few ladies. I used to be under the influence of alcohol lot of the days, however i've not ever performed whatever with different ladies, when you consider that i really like my female friend. I simply cant do some thing like that, it doesnt topic if i'm under the influence of alcohol or now not, when you love any individual, you wont cheat.

Yeah, you are a little paranoid. Because you are convincing yourself of what people could be and think of you before even talking to them or getting to know them. Maybe you've had bad experiences, and they hint you to not trust anyone. Let go of those fears, and just be yourself and not be affraid of everyone who walks your way. If it is something medical, see a doctor!

Just chill out :-) Continue to meet people without reading too much into them. Trust no one on a personal level until they have earned it from you.
