i think this girl may have liked me at one point she invited me for parties and stuff but we never had a chance to really talk and that kind of privented me from really getting to know her and viseversa.
i want to ask her out but i dont know how coz she seems not to be for the idea. Any pointers any body?

well maybe start hanging out with her more. ask her out to have lunch or dinner. ask her to catch a movie. start talking to her. get to know her. and when you think the time is right. ask her out. GOOD LUCK.!

Short answer: she wants you but doesn't want to date you (but may want to date you if you're good with the physical "stuff").

If she's by any decent means the more popular of you two it sounds to me like you might have a girl who wants you but doesn't like you (IE doesn't want to be seen with you, at least at first) in which case she's probably waiting for you to come to a party and kiss her in a dark corner. And if you're good at it, you could easily be "cute" to her and her friends because you're "with her" and thus you're not "unpopular" and it's cool after that if you are seen with her (weird, I know, but girls like starting complex social innuendo and it happens...had a girl do that to me Sophomore year high school).
So next time she invites you do just that (do the usual makes sure she can look you in the eyes for over 2 seconds with a relaxed face wide pupils IE she's ready for a kiss) then, if that all goes well, do your thing.

So don't ask her out or get dramatic just have fun and feel lucky you're still young enough to get away with it. :-)

this guy i know was in a similar situation as you... he hasn't done anything about it, and now the two of them are farther and farther apart. if you don't want that to happen to you, i suggest that you go up and initiate the conversation with you. she may be thinking the same thing about you... so someone has to do something before everything just slips away. and believe me, you don't want that to happen.

Just ask her out for a casual date...like grab a coffee or something. The worst thing she can do is say 'no'...and if she does, it's obviously not supposed to be.
Good luck to you.

ask questions, find interests-research them so you can converse inspiringly on given topic. align yourself with her beliefs but don't be a kiss ***. make her talk about herself(chicks love that) and leave her hanging, make her want you. Then WHAM, she is yoiur victim, and then when she is bending over to pick up that penny, WHAM, your in again.
