I was very thin most of my life and I tried it all to gain weight. If your metabolism is quick, you can forget it. However, the old stand-by's can be found at health food stores, weight gain powders and such. If that's too expensive try eating plenty of high calories foods, yes, cake, cookies, ice cream etc.

I just have one question. Why do you want to gain weight really fast? Without any further details, I would have to say, gaining weight quickly is not a good idea, mainly for health reasons.

As far as eating goes...With every meal, have some bread or potatoes, with it and then drink a fairly large milkshake with Carnation instant breakfast mixed into it.
However,If you are just trying to" bulk up "and not" fatten up", leave out the bread and potaoes. Just eat more meat,cheese, and veg. Leave out the ice cream from the milkshake and just make a normal carnation instant breakfast shake and drink it with your meals. They are very high in protein and will help you to put on some muscle.

by binging on sweets, peanuts/peanut butter.
also by loading up on carbs.
meal plan:
breakfast- 2 slices chocolate cake
lunch- 3 pieces of toast, pasta/beef
dinner- rice with beef, and a pb&j sandwich
snacks throughout day- peanuts/almonds/cashews, chocolate bars, chips, etc.

Unhealthily, eat everything from mcdonalds and other fast food places and don't do any physical activity. hope i could once do that and be ok.
