Iran, obviously. They have a larger military, and even though Israel has better equipment, Iran is more powerful.

Any knowledgeable military tactician would pick Israel every time.
Well, lets take a look at history, during the 6 day war, Israel single handedly defeated Egypt, Syria, Iran, and several other middle east countries who's intent was to destroy Israel.
Egypt has a fighting force twice the size of Iran, and Egypt was the first target of the Israeli attacks, and the IDF (Israeli defense force) air assault, completely destroyed the Egyptian air force before they had a chance to get off the ground.
The most advanced CQB (Close quarter battle) or, hand to hand fighting system known today is the Israeli Krav Maga.
This system is even now being taught to police officers in the USA as it is extremely effective and is considered undefeatable.
One of the co founders of Krav Maga, Moni Aizik, a former elite Israeli Special Forces Operations officer Helped to develop the special forces fight system, Commando Krav Maga.
During combat, Moni and 60 members of his Special Forces Team came under attack by over 1,000 Syrian ground fighters and after fierce and bloody fighting, the Israeli special forces team defeated the Syrian fighters. Surviving were Moni and 6 of his special forces team members.
The IDF is not to be underestimated, in any way, shape, or form.
Note: In response to reichman2 comment, the conflict he speaks of in the Sanai was the 6 day war, where Israel kicked the dogfuck out of Egypt, Syria, Iran and several others without the use of nukes and with no help. Get your facts straight before you speak and I can tell you are a Republican, by your name calling and lack of accurate information.

Israel.
Why, because they want peace and harmony in the middle east. Iran use to be a somewhat civil country. It took a huge step back in time 26 years ago. The poor Iranian people. I have so many Iranian friends here I see the sadness in their eyes and in their stories about their country.
Israel would kick *** because Arab soldiers fight in a very cowardly manner. How did Iraq fall within a week? I saw the pics of their army surrendering in waves and the pictures of them dead in thier tanks. Twice I saw that in about 10 years. When I think of a brave man, Arab never really comes to mind. Arab fighters to me would turn and run home to slap their wives, blow up their children and other peoples children, rape female tourist and cut off the heads of civilian truck drivers and journalist all in the name of Allah.
