yes...

first off.. most modems these days keep a little record of what websites were accessed and at what time. So if he has access to the modem, then he would be able to view these records.

Other then that,.. I will need to get alittle technical about arp poisening and open air packett sniffing... So, yes anything you brodcast CAN be listened to by one with enough knowlage in that field.

In addition... dont go to anything that you do not wish to share with your neighbor, or with the world for that matter. This includes internet bussiness transactions....

Now.. for the real advice... He probobly ISNT... but if one wanted to, they can track and listen in on what you are doing.

hope that helps

yes, all internet requests are logged in the wireless router by default - the only occasion where this isn't the case is if logging has been intentionally turned off.

obviously this works both ways, every website he visits will also be in the logs of the wireless router too.

however, that's not to say that the logs are worth looking at - in my router it doesn't log website addresses, just the ip addresses of the websites so looking at the log is just a huge list of numbers that make little sense without further investigation.

If you have your file sharing turned on, on your computer then he can see your files. He can't really see what you are doing unless both computers have a software installed like pc anywhere.

If you have file sharing turned on he can see your files and open them. To check this you need to do the following....

start menu
control panel
network connections
on the left look for the network wizard and go through it and at the end it will ask you do you want to turn on file sharing, if it ask that then your sharing is off which you want.

another way to get to this wizard is go to

start menu
help
type in file and sharing wizard
and it will pull that wizard up for you and you need to make sure that file sharing is turned off then reboot
