Ten pounds is quite a bit to lose in two weeks unless you need to lose a lot of weight. Here are some thoughts that may help you. I don't know if you are male or female, or how old, so I'll answer as if you are a woman. Basically the same things apply, male or female. You generally need more calories if you are male.
If you make a few life style changes you should be able to lose the weight within a reasonable time frame, though 10 pounds in 2 weeks is a bit fast. This is a system that has worked well for me and several friends have also been successful with it.
1. Eat three nutritious meals and three snacks everyday. Cut out junk food. You probably need about 1500 to 1800 calories a day. Many people make the mistake of not eating enough when they try to lose weight and then become discouraged.
2. Drink lots of water - at least 8 big glasses as day. Lots of water is essential. Stop drinking soda and other drinks with useless calories. Eat fresh fruit instead of fruit juices - the juices are very high in calories.
3. Begin a simple weight lifting program at home or at a gym. Ordinary household items (tins of soup, for example) can actually serve as weights for beginners. Buy yourself a good weight lifting book for women. Actually the "dummies" series of books has done a rather good one.
4. Walk, walk, walk. Buy yourself a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. It doesn't have to be outside. Consciously walk a little more to do everything you do, and make a point of walking more throughout the day.
5. Record everything you eat and all your exercise to make sure you have a "calorie deficit". Two of the sites I've included will help you do that. Basically buring more calories than you take in leads to weight loss. You need a deficit of 3500 calories to lose one pound.
6. If you drive, do less of it and park at the back of the parking lot instead of close to the door. Always use stairs - never the elevator or escalator.
7. A mini stepper is an easy piece to equipment to have at home and gives great results. I bought mine at a second hand store for $4. Even if you use it for a minute or two several times a day it can make a big difference.
I hope these thoughts help. Good luck with it. Stay healthy and well.

Well, all bodies are different, but you could try cutting all simple sugars out of your diet for a couple weeks. If you eat alot of sweets now, this might be kinda hard and cause headaches depending on your particular body. It may take two weeks to adjust too, and then the weight comes off. But make sure when you do this you eat very balanced (30%fat,30%protein,40%carb) or as close to this as you can. Besure to include fat, fat free inhibits weightless for some people.

If it had been convenient each and every one might seem like Vin Diesel or Angelina Jolie. First reduce the junk meals (sugar merchandise in first palace, it is addictive and unhealthy on your wellbeing), devour good however healthful, do not move freak and quit consuming (that is suicide). Cut sodas, fried junk meals, drink water (very principal whilst doing recreation too). Do a few recreation, that is a a laugh strategy to free weight whilst enjoying peers. Running and running isn't so unhealthy. DO NOT take nutrition drugs, they don't paintings and simplest will take you to a sanatorium or grave. And recall no must seem "superb" ther isn't one of these factor. A woman displaying her thin ribs isn't attractive, is pathetic.
