I would like opinions/stories about a dog litter box.

I asked about ideas for my problem with my dog eliminating in the house and even though all of the suggestions were wonderful, I have tried them all.

I am considering a doggie litter box. Has anyone tried these? How to you feel about them? Did they work? In your opinion, do you think it would work in my situation.

I want to have it as a second option for my dog. So he would always poop in the same spot. I would still continue to walk him and my other dog as often as I do now. (Every 4 hours 6:30 am - 10:30 pm)

I don't see why you couldn't have a doggie litter box as an option for your dog. I, personally, have found that puppy pads work better than box training, but each animal has its own preference. As long as you establish a spot for your dog to go, and teach it to go there, it should work out okay!

Good luck!

i am have seen some in pet magazines but never have used one. but if cats can do it why not dogs. we trains animals to do the most cool things sometimes and dont believe they can do them so go for it.
