there's alot of places; the back bar is in the back above bar level, the dog house is behind the bar below the bar level, the place in the main working areas in front and below the bar, normally have the most common alcohols is the speed rack or well, shelving on the back bar has the more expensive alcohols- top shelf, then there are wine cellars and pump rooms if they have pressurized liquor guns

I've always heard it called the "backbar" because it's in back of the bar where customers can't reach it easily.

Wine Celler. My visit to one the luxurious 5* hotel had a huge open celler like nowhere else with about 300 different types of wines. and it was called wine celler.
