i want to record something off of my camcorder but i cant figure out how to hook everything up?

I need to know how to hook everything up so that i can record from my camcorder to a vhs tape. like how do i hook up the wires?

Take the cable from your camcorder and connect it to the Line In on the VCR. Yellow is the video, red is the right audio channel, white is the left audio channel. If you have a cable with the same ends on it instead of a special end for the camcorder, just match the colors -- Yellow to Yellow, Red to Red, and White to White. Switch the VCR input to Line Input (there may be more than one, so check them both by playing something on the camcorder and looking at the VCR output on your TV).

Now play what's on your camcorder and press Record on the VCR. What's on the camcorder will record onto the tape in the VCR.
