Do Taebo 3-5 days a week and try Atkins (eat no more than 20 carbs a day; all carbs come from veggies, eat no more than 1 ounce of cheese a day, and no fruits, milk or breads). I like to stick to the leaner meats (turkey, chicken and fish). Walk 30 mins a day.
Example: Breakfast-turkey bacon wrapped in romaine lettuce. Lunch-Tuna salad. Dinner--Baked chicken breast with broccoli and cheese.
Just an FYI, if you continue doing Atkins you will gradually add whole grains, fruits and milk back into your diet, this is just the diet for the first 14 days.

There are no magic answers to fast weight loss. If you make a few life style changes you should be able to lose weight within a reasonable time frame, depending on how much you have to lose. This is a system that has worked well for me and several friends have also been successful with it.
1. Eat three nutritious meals and three snacks everyday. Cut out junk food. You probably need about 1500 to 1800 calories a day. Many people make the mistake of not eating enough when they try to lose weight and then become discouraged.
2. Drink lots of water - at least 8 big glasses as day. Lots of water is essential. Stop drinking soda and other drinks with useless calories. Eat fresh fruit instead of fruit juices - the juices are very high in calories.
3. Begin a simple weight lifting program at home or at a gym. Ordinary household items (tins of soup, for example) can actually serve as weights for beginners. Buy yourself a good weight lifting book for women. Actually the "dummies" series of books has done a rather good one.
4. Walk, walk, walk. Buy yourself a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day.
5. Record everything you eat and all your exercise to make sure you have a "calorie deficit". Two of the sites I've included will help you do that. Basically buring more calories than you take in leads to weight loss. You need a deficit of 3500 calories to lose one pound.
6. If you drive, do less of it and park at the back of the parking lot instead of close to the door. Always use stairs - never the elevator or escalator.
7. A mini stepper is an easy piece to equipment to have at home and gives great results. I bought mine at a second hand store for $4. even if you use it for a minute or two several times a day it can make a big difference.
I hope these thoughts help. You can do this. Good luck with it.

I don't know how old you are, or how many diets you have tried.. but the best thing you can do is eat right and get exercise. I have been on every diet out there, and the only thing I have lost was the money I spent on the product. haha.. I have YoYo dieted all my life.. if you lose weight quickly, you will just gain it back plus an extra 5 lbs. If you don't change your eating habits and get exercise, the weight loss is temporary. Why line the pockets of someone else when you can eat right, lose weight slowly for free.. by the way, I found out I was diabetic about 6 months ago, and I have lost 15 pounds and didn't even try to. I just simply started eating the right foods and getting some exercise.

Have you tried a cleanse? I've been trying exercise only for about 4 months and I only dropped 7 lbs. But with cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. I tried Isagenix 9 day cleanse. I'm going to do it again next month. It's a little pricy but it's the only one I've tried that worked with weight loss. My doctor recommended it to me. With a good cleanse you can lose up to 10 lbs in 9 days. And it's not just water weight. Just cleanse, eat healthy and exercise at least 1 hour 3 times a week. Even if it's just walking around the mall or the track. I'm now on month 2 and I've lost a total of 35lbs. Good luck.

If you loose weight too quickly you will have excess flab that will need to be surgically removed…gradually is key..
24 ounces of grapefruit juice a day (three 8oz glasses).
This will help you loose 4 lbs every 12 weeks...
I have lost weight using this method.
If you are looking for a fast solution this is not it...but it is easy, effective and beneficial in more ways than one. Besides getting lots of vitamin c, you will loose weight gradually, which means you won't have permanent flab to endure or have removed surgically.
This information I have obtained through an article in Men’s Health Magazine.
I wrote this next article to a gal on yahoo answers forum in an email:
Basically I just took the article I read in line at the market in Men's Health Magazine for what it was worth...face value..three 8 ounce glasses each day...no matter what kind or when....I can relate some stuff to avoid through experience...the stuff you might find in the can that you have to add water to thats frozen (called pink grapefruit juice)...avoid it...it's very bitter and not paletable at all...the best kind is the stuff in the half gallon carton in the refrigerated section of the supermarket...get Sunnyside Farms if you can...it's ruby red grapefruit juice from concentrate...but it's not too expensive...only about $2.50 a half gallon...some stores like Safeway only sell the squeezed stuff (ruby red as well) and it can get pricey...like $4.50+ a half gallon *shudders*....thats cool in a pinch...but I wouldn't stock up on it...grapefruit juice basically carmatizes your digestive system (makes things right) and supresses appetite in a manner that is beneficial/acceptable to the human condition in my experience/opinion...but that doesn't mean one needs to throw common sense out the window and continue to eat things like burgers etc. in excessive amounts...try to eat lighter...with grapefruit juice you will find this can be accomplished in a comfortable manner...I would suggest to drink as much of the stuff as you can (over 24 ounces per day if you feel comfortable with it)...this is one case where it seems more is better....good luck..

Stop eating so much. Eventually your stomache will shrink and you will get full faster. Drink lots of water also. It fills you up so you wont be so tempted to eat. Every time you get the urge to nibble drink a sip of water. Oh, stress also helps. (just from experience)
