A school in Texas said a pre schooler "sexually harassed his teacher" because he hugged her, and apparently nuzzled his head against her chest. I thibk he was too young to understand- let alone have it be sexual. What do you think?

Is this a joke? There is no way in hell that a 4 year old is capable of sexually harassing someone. That's completely ridiculous. Even if he did see it in a movie, he's just miming what he saw, he doesn't know what it is to be sexual. This country has gone waaaaay too far...this is insane.

That's crazy as hell. This is sick! That 4 year old doesn't even know how to spell sexual harassment, let alone even know what it is. That school for even saying that, and that teacher need to be sued. And the teacher needs to be in a mental hospital instead of a school teaching any kids. People need to get real, there are so many other serious things going on in the world right now, then to be dealing with this crazy nonsense.

I'm no longer certain feminists are always accountable. Oversensitive mum and dad are a riding drive of the stress on academic amenities to area for disorders that they've helped create. It is a mum and dad accountability to track what their kids are uncovered to. I do realise at the moment this may also be enormously complex, the subject of intercourse or sexualised principles being far and wide, however I consider that there's a vast spectrum of mum and dad believing they're doing a well task (and as a rule are not) and mum and dad that do not recognize bigger and even care. Then while there may be a few incident similar to this a tender baby is accused of against the law he might no longer even realise the idea of. I do not suppose kids will have to be harshly disciplined for movements and behaviours they but lack know-how of. I worry for the extinction of average experience in society.

It is very wrong to put a four year old in that category. He is much too young to be considered a sexual predator. My daughter, who is Asian, used to chase three African American boys during recess in first grade. (They would play tag and always make her "it"!) She just thought it was fun and those boys thought it was fun too and they all thought the opposite sex was "gross and yucky" in their words. I thought of it as good aerobic exercise for all of the kids.

I think the parents better pull their child out of that sick school before something worse happens to the child. No child would be safe in that environment.

Only a complete dumba$$ would misinterpret a hug from a 4 year old. Any SANE adult knows that you can solve any problem with a simple time out and a gentle reminder to never do that again.

I am so glad my child doesn't go to that school. Seriously (no joking here), I think the teacher aid must be on some mind altering drugs or smoking illegal things. (S)he must be investigated for mental stability, drugs, and the parents whose children attend that school better make sure the teacher aid is not a pedophile, mentally unstable etc.

A four year old does not know what sexually harassment is. Some people will do anything to get a little money, or to get their 15 min in fame. Why someone would blame a child for something like that is beyond me.

That is horrible that this poor child has to walk around with the stigma of being a sexual harasser for this. He is only 4 and now isn't able to hug anymore. No wonder there are so many kids with problems these days.

Excuse me, but I am still in a state of shock right now. That is completely ridiculous. I worked with first graders for a long time, and they LOVE giving hugs. Children at that age loving giving and receiving affection from adults because they feel and need to be accepted and loved.

This teacher's aide is completely out of line and acting simply retarded.

How sick can one be?
Affection from a preschooler is sexual harassment ..
The teacher must be a total pedophile/or certifiably insane, I would have her head on the school board and roll it out of town.

Thats the most ridiculous thing. So my 10 month old lays her head on my chest, would she consider that sexual harassment?
