What was the situation? My cat bites in passion when I brush him. He likes to chew my fingers at the same time. He also bites the vet when she gives him a pill, but that's temper.

It's either palyful nipping, or something has annoyed him/her. Or the cat is not a well-behaved one and bites to be mean. Or you did something to provoke the cat. Depends on the situation.

Bloody Painful. I would be expelled from Yahoo if I repeated what I call my cat.

"Bad kitty!"

Seriously, though, it could be the cat was weaned too early. You should check with a veterinarian for possible ways to curb that behavior.
