my friend goes to a different school and i asked him if he'd go with my to my winter dance, but he said he wasn't sure if he could go and he won't know if he can go till possibly after the deadline to buy tickets. one of my friends just got asked by this one guy i sort of liked, and i don't want to sit home on that night by myself cause i couldn't get a date, and i can't go alone. what should i do? it is a possibility that this guy can go, but i doubt he'll know by the deadline.... :o
there is this guy that my friend can ask in homeroom tomorrow for me, but i really don't know if he'd go with me, he's kind of popular....

I would suggest going with your friends. If you dont like that idea, Id just ask that popular kid, or you can ask the guy friend to hurry up with the decision.
