i know pains in the left arm are a symptom but my pains aren't shooting up and down, it just seems to be one spot. other than that i feel fine.

Generally speaking, the pain is described as a dull aching pain radiating from the center of the chest, across the shoulder, and down the left arm. It can also be felt in the jaw, or back. Most people describing a heart attack describe a crushing or pressing sensation in the chest. There is also nausea, sweating and rapid heart beat.

Your pain doesn't sound like a heart attack. Then again, I am not a doctor. If you are having concerns in this direction, that is exactly whom you need to speak to.

No, not necessarily. It is just one of the symptoms.
Neck pain, chest pain, difficulty breathing accompanied by the arm pain. Unfortunately, some heart attacks have no warning signs.

See your physician for best answer. Based on my knowledge, sounds like an injury or muscle spasm, even a bite.

Possiable. My Blood Pressure is 176/110 right now and I trying to bring it down. My left chest feel like indegestion and my left arm feel different from my right. If, you can; try to check your BP, maybe a store close have one of those free BP Testers.

Could be a trapped nerve also. You should probably get it checked out though.
