ive been at work all day, got home half five and have to be at the gym for 6.45,i have to walk there which means leaving in about 10 minutes. Im in two minds as to if i can be bothered or not, should i go?
(which ever get the most - yes or no - in the next 10 mins i'll do)

The nos have t im afriad, but for all you who said yes dont worry, this week i have already been two 2hour training sessions, played 2 matches, cycled about 8-9 miles, walked 15-16 miles, and danced for about 4 hours at a club, lol, so its not like i sit around doing nothing all the time.
