I get paranoid!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW DO I STOP?!?!?!?

I date a lot....and i am trying to figure out a problem that I have with girls that i care about With girls that i fall in love with, i get really jealousy and paranoid that they are going to cheat on me. I dunno what to do, and how to stop this cycle. I am in a realtionship right now, and i love this girl a lot, but i dont want to lose because of my jealousy and I dont want to control her..HELP ME PLEASE!!!
