sore throat?

Hi, i have a sore throat, i have suffered toncilitis a few times, but the pain feels lower in my throat and diff from toncilitis. i also have a sore neck, my glands are not particularly swollen and i have no other symptoms apart from feeling a little yucky. any ideas what this could be? (im 22 weeks pregnant so limited to what i can take to help)
