hi i was wondering on what to do when you feel that feeling that you're about to faint. what can you do to not faint when you get this feeling?

You need to get your head level (or below) your heart, so the common wisdom is putting your head between your knees while sitting. This brings more blood to your brain. You'll probably grow out of this feeling. You might also see a doctor about this.

Describe your situation a little more dear. When do you get this feeling?

I've had postural hypotension, which means when I go from sitting or lying to standing up to quickly, I will get the feeling that I am going to faint. This is because the blood settles to the lower half of the body. If you move your feet around (like a stretch where you move your foot in a circle at your ankle joint), that helps to keep the blood flowing.

Also, make sure that you are eating the foods that are right for you. I've noticed that when I eat too much meat, I am more prone to this fainting sensation. There is probably something in your diet your body is telling you it needs oe doesn't need. Also, get strong by working out, especially cardio, and you won't have this problem anymore.

Get your head lower than your heart. Sit or lie down so that if you do faint, you won't be hurt in a fall.

Find a place to sit down immediately and place your head on your lap until the sensation has disappeared.

Try pinching your ear lobe or bending over at the waist and putting your hands on your knees for balance.

you just need to lay down in a position that your legs are upper than your body! then eat sth sweet like chocolate or sth!
