It is going to be very cold when you go. I would reccomend that you pack a few pairs of thermal long johns to wear under your clothing for added warmth. Remeber to layer! Try a pair of thermal long johns, jeans, wool socks and knee high boots, a long sleeve t-shirt and a short sleeve t-shirt over that and a sweater over that and a nice warm jacket. Don't forget gloves, hat and a scarf.

very warm clothing as it will be bone chilling cold. also you will need a few umbrellas, back up ones so you can make sure you stay dry. bring books along because you'll only want to stay inside. books on London read up on it, so when you go home , you can tell people all about London with out having to go out in that miserable cold

Lots of warm clothes, layer them so you can "undress" when you are inside. A warm coat/jacket, boots, socks, sweaters, pants and an umbrella. As long as you are warm you will have a ball, ingnore previous answer to stay inside, if you wait for good weather you will never see anything.
