We went out for a month and a half last year. Things were going great until I totally messed things up. Anyway, we broke up. Now we are best friends. I really love him and i believe we are soul mates. I had a party last night and he came over. I saw him checking me out and I could feel a special bond. All our friends are bugging us to get back together because we are like peanut butter and jelly. Equally good by itself but the best together. What do I do? I really want to get back together with him. Please, please help me.

i have been there. sometiems he might actually really want 2 ask u out again but might be scared 4 2 reasons. 1 he might think u dont like him or he is just playin it safe so he wont hurt u or himself. but all u can do is wait but talk 2 him keep the fire buring. bleive me if u are meant 2 be u will be.

Have you bared your soul lately? Call him up and ask if you can treat him to a cup /or drink (somewhere easy and not full of memories). Say that you treasured the special time that you had together last year, apologize -you've grown up etc.- in retrospect you know how stupid you were and could never see yourself doing something like that again, you must know that it's not the real me, etc, etc, You've continued to be good friends, would he trust you enough to take it back to that level again? The point is: this is how I feel, how do you feel? The next step is his. Hope he makes it. (Are you willing to continue to be best friends if he doesn't want to ratch it up? Be nice about it maybe time will help.)
Oh yeah, who pays: you invited him so you pay including the tip, or at least Dutch treat if he makes an issue of it. Details, details........

1) How did you mess things up? Unless you cheated on him or you two grew apart, you didn't mess things up.
2) Do you want to get back together because everyone else is telling you to get back together or because you're still in denial? Be honest with yourself--if you get back together right now, you're going to fail again.
3) Have you talked to him about this? Be honest with HIM and listen to what he thinks you both should do.

First,i suggest you to get a little friendly with him.Say things he likes to listen or do things he likes you to do.You may know what they are as he's you ex.Get to know when he's free and chat with him.When the two of you feel comfortable together again,you tell him honestly about what you feel for him.He will understand.But just dont rush into getting back at a faster pace.Let the things roll out naturally.Remember,get friendly with him.

if you went together so long then feel free to ask him out. You had an bond before that was for a long time. Go for it ask him to do something with you something fun and not intimate. then you to can talk and reestablish perhaps what you had in the past and if you do then it is defiantly met to be

if i were you i would talk to him find out if he shares these feelings. If you are friends now you don't want to mess that up.If he does have the same feelings then try it out. If he doesn't you're going to need to find a way to get over him or it will be weird. It's hard to stay friends when it's weird.

well i would say meet up. talk about things. i mean u said dat u messed up. so just be honest and tell him what u feel.. be4 it's 2 late. if u dont tell him how u feel u gonna regret it 4 long time. and i dont think u want dat.
and if he really loves u u 2 would open a new chapter. 4get about da past and think about da present.

Ask him if he wants to try it again because you feel such a connection with him, and see if he feels the same way u do. Hes a friend so it shouldn't b difficult.

Try asking him how he feels about it. It seems like he is just as interested. It can't hurt to ask, the worst he can say is no. But at least you'll know you tried.
