Yes, sure. If they have a pious air about them, WWJD bracelets and a big fish symbol around their neck, I can pretty much tell. Overly-modest smocks are also a giveaway.

Because they are sealed with the Holy Spirit? If person has a connection with spiritual darkness and not a Christian himself, the antichrist can tell a Christian intuitively.
As a Christian, I can tell a Christian if I am questioning it and pray to God and God confirms it in my spirit. Then when the I read literature from the Christian or ask them questions, their words or writings confirm I heard right from God. You know a tree by its fruit.

One can say that is christian only when its life is governed by the example of Jesus Christ and the word of God, in the Bible, and of course, serving to God, preaching, because it's the task that was left us.

No, there are many antichrist that will portray themselves as christians. Just as there is false prophets, false doctrine and so on there are false christians. I believe true christians are people that live their lives today as the christians did when Jesus was on Earth.

If you answer the door, and discover a bunch of glassy eyed grinning people clutching briefcases - they are religious types! Humanists do not ruin the rest days of fellow citizens, and have no need for continual conflict and reinforcement of their views.
