I ran into this guy 9 months ago and we hit it off,i was still bitter about my ex of a few years cheating,he listened and understood(they r mutual freinds)he drove me home that night and i invited him to stay,i asked him to sleep in the bed with me,he did,i asked him to put his arm aroundme,he did till i slept,he was such a gentlman,things were awkward when he left the next morning,a mutual freind told me he liked me but was freaked about my ex(who was trying to get me back)I ran into this guy again 2 months later and he came to me and said"your killing me"my ex was also there and upsetthat we liked eachother,so i left where we were at and this guy called me and told me I was so beautiful and asked me to go out on his boat with him in the summer.we were crazy for eachother.My ex then got in the way and freaked him out again.I sent him a text a couple weeks after and he never replied.6 months went by and I saw him at a party,he walked in with another girl,looked at me and looked away.

He's trying to move one and painfully dove you should too.
If he's too scared about your ex or maybe he just wants to save the friendship then i say you should respect his decision.
Its painful yes, but its the right thing to do

If you really do like this guy, you need to do something to get rid of this ex, sounds like he will run anyone off that shows any type of interest in you and your life will be pretty lonely and miserable. Hopefully it is not to late for this guy, maybe if he sees you are serious about getting the ex the whole way out of the picture, he may respond. If he don't, someone in the future will, only after you get rid of the ex.

The problem here is with the ex still popping up in your life. You need to get him out of your life for good or he will keep ruining your chances at new relationships with other people.

You can't make anyone do anything they don't want to do. So even if he likes you & he makes it OBVIOUS that he likes you, he's going to do what makes him comfortable. You can try to talk to him, but if he's freaked out about your ex & won't talk to you, what can you do? You did yourt part, you tried your best, & thats really all you can. I personally would start to ignore him back.. if that doesn't get him to come back, maybe its time to move on. :-( good luck!

well if he really liked you he would have just asked you out!!! if he liked you he would have not let your ex get in the way he would have stuck up for you and just been a man and asked you!!!!! so if he is going to acked like that then just for get him and he is not a gentlman so dont worry about him!!!!!!!

i think it waz three strikes ur out wit dis guy...he didnt want to deal wit ur EX, so as hard at it waz, he had to let go....i think u should consider dis as a sign an do somethin about ur EX
