Your puppy may be suffering from Colitis. The motion will be very loose with blood in it and it will contain what looks like jelly.
If it is colitis it could just take a few days to clear but unless you can identify what he has eaten to cause it then it could take weeks.
Over the years I have had 3 dogs which have had Colitis, 2 cleared quite quickly but the third took several weeks and it was not until we had a blood test and found he was alergic to food with meat in it, especially lamb, that it cleared up.

Often parasites can cause blood in the stool. I am sure you got dewormer from the vet and please do give all prescribed.
However, if you are talking about a large amount of blood I would call the vet office back and explain that situation. This is NOT normal. It doesn't sound like Parvo because dogs usually do not eat or drink and vomit. But you never know!
Try some pumpkin, it is a natural binder and should help his poop firm up.
Just to be sure call the Vet!

There are a few real keys to dog training, whether you are trying to train your dog to come when called, sit, stop barking or any other behavior. Understanding their importance is critical to achieving rapid results that are long lasting and help develop the bond between you and your dog. Read more here https://biturl.im/aU7V1
The first is simple; you must win your dogs mind. If you don't achieve this first then you will be struggling the all the way. When I talk about winning your dogs mind what I really mean is that your dog looks to you for all the decisions. Before you do anything else watch one of the amazing video sites that show you the 5 Golden rules to establishing yourself as the pack leader. If you aren't putting these in place then you are setting yourself up to fail. Just at the crucial point where you really want your dog to listen they will go and do their own thing. For sure your dog may play ball occasionally or even most of the time, you may even have a dog that is obedient 99% of the time, however if you want a dog who always listens to you and does as you ask then you need to win your dogs mind.
The second key to success is to motivate your dog. It is really important that you discover what it is that your dog enjoys both in terms of exercise and play but also in terms of a reward. If you can make the experience enjoyable then you will both achieve more and look forward to training.
Some dogs love to fetch, others love agility, and other dogs simply love obedience training, or swimming out into water and retrieve. At least to start with find out what your dogs love is and help them develop this, what I am saying is work with your dog. The other point to recognize is to make training enjoyable reward your dog.

If your puppy has only just had the injection then the antibiotics probably won't have had time to work yet.
If you're still worried though, speak to the vet again. It's important (if only for your peace of mind) that you understand what's happening.

It could be a parasite called coccidiosis (sp?) this can be treated very easily. But, it could be something more serious you need to thing if the puppy could have eaten anything that could have caused some internal damage. I would call your vet right away. Good Luck

If it is not dark blood, then it is 99% chance you have nothing to worry about. Naturally, I know it's still a bit worrying but I seriously advice you to take him to a vet to sort this issue once and for all.
