If you're asking about a "fuel pump cut-off switch" A.K.A. "fuel inertia switch" which is actually a reset button......That's a Ford thing . GM vehicles don't have that.

There is no reset button for the fuel pump on this vehicle. The fuel pump is activated by engine oil pressure. When the oil pressure drops below a predetermined pressure, the computer shuts off the fuel pump. There is a bypass relay that activates for a few seconds when the ignition switch is first turned on. When it times out, the fuel pump shuts off. To test this, turn your ignition switch on with out starting the engine. You will hear the pump make a "whirring" sound for a few seconds. Sometimes you'll have to remove the gas cap and have someone turn on the key in order to hear the pump. You will only hear it for a few seconds (2-3 seconds).

I see this question from time to time about GM cars and fuel reset buttons and fuel shut off swiches. GM cars do not have them. If your Safari will not start it means that you have a problem that needs to be fixed.
