i just need a definition of kno her "well".. every one always say get to kno her better and then ask her out but i dont kno to what point?..

Depends on how well you are able to get to know her once you start "talking". Sometimes you connect from the moment you see someone. That's your momentum you can use to get you so far. After that it depends on the dance she's willing to do with you. Important action word is willing. Because once she sees you she will pretty much decide if she is willing to hear you speak. If she doesn't talk to you initially you can either back up and start again later after she "gets to know you" or you can find someone else where there is a connection. Few things help: shower, clean clothes, clean teeth, clean breath and be interested in what she is about (as in listen). Heck if she only wants to be your friend you show other girls that girls want to hang out with you. That's a good thing.

The point is to find out some of her interests, so you could have some idea of what she might want to do, or what to converse about. That way, when you go out with her you won't think, in the middle of the date :"what did I get myself into!?" You don't HAVE to as a rule, but it might be a good idea, if you want a second date.

Well, how long have you known her? I would say try building a comfortable friendship before moving on, doing it that way tends to build a lasting relationship. If you know what she likes to do, eat, her favorite color, what kind of music she likes and so on and so forth, maybe even talked about goals and dreams and hopes for the future, I would then move on to a "date" to see how it works out that way.

Calling her your friend, feeling comfortable around her with or without other people, having stuff to talk about all the time, calling her, etc. It has to be a good friendship or it won't work.

Just to go out you do not need to know her well at all... going out together and speding time is how you get to know them.
