Would you rather buy a camry made in japan , Canada, or USA. Are they built better in any of these countries.

You will have to live overseas to drive a Japanese Camry -- all others are built in the west. Build quality in the U.S. has skyrocketed upward since the seventies and is no longer an issue.
Buy American -- sort of...

The Camry I drive was bought in California and it's a 1992. I really like it because of how long it lasts and how nice the exterior has stayed even though it gets parked outside everyday. More importantly, there are about 219, 950 miles on it right now.
