what i tell to owner of the house that for wat purpose i need a room should i tell him for sex or tell me some another excuse .. to take a girlfriend into the room

Tell him that you're renting his room for doing sex with your girlfriend and be ready to be blackmailed if not he also wants his share of enjoyment from the same source as you do. Why not go into some Hotel room and enjoy yourselves? Have you the nuts to take your girlfriend to a Hotel?
Use your brain rather than your groin and just think for a moment what problem you're going to create by revealing the truth to your landlord? He may even bug your room with web cam and you'll be a International celebrity over night. Obviously for the wrong reasons.
Be mature and act like a mature man.

You don't even have to tell him. When you enter the room, bolt the doors from inside and girl friend comes leaves after sometime, a nitwit of a landlord will definitely know that you two weren't studying together. So renting a room is out of question. Try rooms in hotels or resorts which rent them out for precisely such reasons and charge on an hourly basis. And don't go to the seedy ones. Else the police will be on you. Try the decent ones.

hahaha, you dont have to tell anyone but the girl you're taking!! lol people have sex in hotel rooms all the time. And if you tell the desk clerk/owner what you're going to do...they'd probably laugh at you

if u have a live-inrelatoinship then u say to the owner that she is my wife,if not so u can say that she is my relative u stays near by and she just comes to meet me,if he agrees then tell ur girlfriend to behave properly with ur owner whenevr she comes to meet u.....just go try this bcoz i'm doing the same thing now a days may b u can get a chance .................best of luck

Well, you have to be 21 to rent a room and if you are that old, I think you would realize the proper way to handle this situation. If you have to lie or are uncomfortable with the situation, you shouldn't be doing it.
