my symptoms are a runny nose, sore throat, a mild cough every 1 to 2 minutes, my eyes water every once and a while, and sneezing

HELP?!

It could be as mild as the common cold, allerigies, whatever. If you're really concerned, or feel worse, call your doctor. Hope you feel better!

Its very possible you either have a common cold which is a virus or you could have bronchitis which is also called upper respiratory infection. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids and get some rest. Over the counter cough medicines may help. If you aren't better soon, I would go see your primary doctor or a walk in clinic.

If your mucus is thin and clear, it's most likely and allergic reaction. If it's thicker with color, probably a virus. I would take a very general OTC cold and cough medication with an antihistimine.
