It's a legal joint.

it's a synovial joint or a hinge joint...because it works as a hinge on a door...that is the upper joint...the lower joint is also synovial but it is a gliding joint..because to move it glides over the other joints.

i think it might be a gliding jiont since i don't think it's connected to another bone
