I usually go to the gym and sweat my butt off. Or spend some time at a bookstore reading. Keep smiling this is only a small portion of your large life. Bad times will come and they will go away. Your the only person who can choose how you feel. Keep yourself doing things that make you feel like your being who you want to be. Time will help!!!

I guess it depends on your level of depression. It may be as simple as taking up a hobby to seeking professional help.

depression is a really nasty business and ive seen first hand what it can do to people..i know its hard but you gotta find the good things in life and what makes you happiest and alive and really focus on them..its hard going but does work..this is the time when you need your real good friends around you..hope all works out,i really do,contact me anytime

Get off the computer and find the land of the outdoor people.
I'm being sarcastic, but serious too. Get up, get moving, go drive or walk in the mall or do something spontaneous.

go to the doc and see if u really are depressed (its a mental illness) and not just really sad. if u are, get a shrink and medicine and ull be OK

the best thing tht you could do is go outside and walk around or hear music or tslk to somebody that really understand just dont stay in your house

If you are on insurance you should go see a psychiatrist, that is what I do.
