I am 28 and all my life I really had a weight problem. A few years ago, I moved to the east coast and three months after I moved I got on a very good work out plan. No pills, nothing more than being active, exercising at least six days a week and eating right. Anyway, I lost 70 pounds in 8 months. I went from 340 lbs to 270. I felt great and people really started to notice. At one point the weight loss stopped and I later learned that it was called the leveling off point. At which the right answer would be to continue. Long story short, within the next year I put all the weight back on. The problem now is the weight wont stop and I have found it tough if not impossible to motivate myself to get back into going to the gym and working out. I try but no matter how hard I do the motivation is just not there. Any advice? I definitely don't want to continue because this rate, I'll be much heavier and I can already start to feel the side effects of it.
