US govenment will ship (free) also I assume I can get the correct plug adapters.

Any other issues?

You might have to buy a cable adapter for the plug, but this is dangerous. I suggest that you buy a TV in Holland rather than bring on over there. For one, the shipping cost would be unbearable and also you have the high chance of it getting smashed or broken in some way.

Besides that, it's probably cheaper to buy one over there!!

Check the voltage ratings for the TV and the power grid where you're trying to operate it. If there's a discrepancy, you can usually buy a converter.

unless you have the right connection plug for it. Because Holland uses a deffrent design for there electric plugs.
