To flychicc and hbanana - anyone who suggests that abusing and torturing a cat as an acceptable way to train it shouldnt be allowed to keep animals. Yeah it might work, but I imagine that beating the cat with a half brick would have the same effect. That doesnt mean you should do it though! Why have a cat if you just want it to be obedient because its scared of you? As Han Solo says, fixing your cat doesnt stop it peeing, just having more kittens. I would suggest making sure its litter tray is cleaned regulary, rewarding it when it uses the tray and firmly telling the cat off verbally when it doesnt. I have a kitten, and it has never peed anywhere but its tray, and I have never done what the above named suggested. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Do you mean spraying? If he was just recently fixed his hormones are still in his system so you'll have to give it time for the neutering to work. It takes a little time for him not to feel like he's still a big stud!! If he's peeing all the time he might have feline urilogic syndrome. It's a build up of crystals and he'd need to see a vet. Male cats should be fed low ash cat food so that they don't get the build up of crystals.

It depends on why he is doing this. Is it an infection? You can give 1/4 canberry supplement tablets, force lots of water-but most urinary tract infections are caused by E-Coli and he will need antibiotics.
If this just happened the vet should be able to refill your meds without another visit. Have you called to ask? What about Care-Credit?
Also, if he is blocked due to cystals or stones he WILL DIE if you do not get him some help.
Good Luck!

I think peeing is normal. I would hope he can still pee after the surgery. If he is not peeing, then there would be a problem. If you do not want him anymore, try adoption. Please do not just throw it away. You must have love the cat enough to have it fixed, be patient, I know he loves you.

Your vet visit after neutering should have been included in the cost of neutering. I would call the vet anyway, it may be a complication from the surgery.

when you get your animal fixed it's not going to stop them from peeing, it's gonna stop them from making kittens and puppies.
