Don't use that slpenda crap! Just take the calories! If you keep everything you eat or drink as natural as possible, your body gets more out of it and is less hungry. I drink at least one cup of coffee a day with honey (the best sweetner for you, so many minerals!) and coffee creamer (not low-fat). Coffee is a diurectic, which means it helps you expell excess water in your body (so no water weight), and most people find that the caffeine stimulates them to have a BM (and honey also helps with stimulating a BM), which helps to keeps your weight down.
But please, please don't use that gimmicky diet crap! It is much better for you to just use the real stuff!

Coffee with cream always makes me gain weight regardless of whether it is low fat or not.
I use just enough real sugar to take the bitterness out of the taste of coffee. . .2 teaspoons per pot. . my coffee mug holds a pot of coffee and this is how much sugar I use for it.
Coffee is a diuretic which means it makes your body lose water so I would suppose that except for the calories etc in creamer you would probably maintain the same weight as the loss of water weight would compensate for the creamer.
If you only drink one cup a day you probably don't have to worry.
I NEVER use any sugar substitute. . Regardless of what they say,I can ALWAYS taste it whether it is used in cakes or in my drinks and it's after taste is horrible not to mention that there is just too much talk about the cancer that this stuff is suppose to cause. . .not sure that it does cause cancer but the after taste is enough to keep me away from it.

No. In fact, just the opposite -- it helps you lose weight. Caffeine is a known appetite surpressant, and diuretic. So the more coffee you drink, the less you want to eat, and the more you lose excess water. I drink tons of it a day (with sugar, no less), and actually have lost weight. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy.
Cheers.

It shouldn't make you gain weight, even if you did add a little cream and sugar to it. Coffee is a natural diuretic, and actually causes your body to lose water a bit faster.
